Position: Large Format Production Supervisor

Location: Ashford, Kent

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 - Depending on Experience

Core Working Hours: Mon-Fri 08.00-16:30

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced large format print professional to join one the UK's leading suppliers of signage in Kent.

This role is suited to a Senior Production Operative who is looking for the next step in their career of managing a team.

This role has a lot of potential growth and involves managing a team of production staff, managing workloads, training younger members of the team and hands on operating during busier periods.

Essential Requirements

- Extensive large format print production experience.
- Operated and maintained large format UV flatbed printers.

- Knowledge of RIP software.

- Experience within large format finishing such as digital / vinyl cutting - Ideally can use a Zund Cutter.
- Strong communication capability, a good attitude to motivate a growing team.

- Be flexible with working overtime when needed.
- Commutable distance the Ashford area.
