An exciting opportunity has opened up for an enthusiastic and organised HR Administrator to join a growing and forward-thinking professional services firm based in Farnham.
This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone with previous HR administration experience /qualification who’s looking to further develop their HR career within a supportive and dynamic environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to promotions and leavers
Managing the central HR inbox and maintaining accurate records
Ensuring HR systems are up to date and compliant
Coordinating inductions and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
What we’re looking for:
Strong admin and organisational skills with great attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and quick to learn new systems
