A leading and rapidly growing debt recovery and litigation services provider is seeking a Business Development Manager to support continued expansion across its B2B-focused operation. With over 85 employees and consistent year-on-year growth exceeding 30%, the company offers a full suite of services, including:

White-label credit management outsourcing

Office and field-based debt collection
*
In-house legal action (SRA-regulated)

Tracing and debt counselling services
The company typically partners with medium to large businesses (turnover £30M+) and has built a reputation for tailored, professional recovery solutions.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing their own pipeline from initial contact through to onboarding. This includes:

Cold calling prospects via CRM
*
Building referral networks with accountants, insolvency practitioners, and other key contacts
*
Attending meetings and presenting tailored recovery solutions
*
Producing written proposals post-meeting
*
Supporting onboarding and attending ongoing client review meetings
*
Meeting agreed revenue and appointment targets
Candidate Profile
*
Minimum 3 years in a business development focused role with demonstrable revenue delivery
*
Professional, consultative approach to business development
*
Full UK driving licence (nationwide travel required)
*
Able to evidence income generation from current/previous roles
Package & Benefits

Basic salary up to £65K depending on experience

Uncapped commission: 10% on year-one revenue, 5% on year-two revenue

On-target earnings in excess of £100K
