Assembly Operative – Flexible Shifts | Location: S45 9

We’re looking for hands-on and dependable Assembly Operatives to join our team in a fast-paced and friendly warehouse/manufacturing environment. If you're quick to learn, adaptable, and ready to grow, we want to hear from you.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday on rotating AM/PM shifts

Weekly hours are confirmed every Monday, so flexibility is essential

Location: S45 9

Pay Rates: Before 12 weeks:

Standard hours: £12.50 to £17.30 per hour

Overtime: £18.75 to £25.00 per hour

After 12 weeks:

Standard hours: £12.86 to £18.08 per hour

Overtime: £19.29 to £25.70 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Work on assembly lines and operate machinery

Organise and store weekly shipments in designated areas

Replenish picking zones from overstock locations

Conduct stock takes and pick/pack customer orders

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards

Achieve daily KPIs for stock handling and dispatch

Adhere to company procedures including health & safety, punctuality, and data security
