Product Support Engineer - £35,000 - £45,000 + bonus, holidays, and pension.

Commutable from Milton Keynes, Huntingdon, Biggleswade, Bletchley, Luton, St Neots, Bedford, Northampton, Wellingborough, Towcester, Stevenage, Cambridge, St Albans, Aylesbury.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Support Engineer to join our growing automation business. With our expanding business and cutting-edge product developments, we need someone with a passion for automation to join us at our headquarters.

Working closely with a team of professionals, you'll be responsible for delivering technical support, offering application advice, conducting product demonstrations, and occasionally providing on-site assistance. Collaboration is key, as you'll liaise with our system integrators to ensure seamless implementation of our solutions.

Product Support Engineer Requirements:

* Providing technical support and application advice to customers and colleagues.

* Follow up on technical sales enquires and quotations.

* Liaise between clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to provide support.

* Providing support with product configuration and product returns.

* Take part in and support product demos to showcase our solutions.

* Expand and support our network of system integrators.

* Assist in the rollout and maintenance of new robotic solutions.

Product Support Skills & Experience:

* A degree in a relevant engineering discipline.

* Experience with electrical drive systems, gears, motors, measuring technologies.

* Wider experience of automated systems, such as PLC systems, vision inspection systems, robotics, sensor technologies would be highly beneficial.

* A passion for automation and a desire to develop automation skills and knowledge.

* Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and presentational, are essential,

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficiency in IT is a must.

* While you'll primarily be based at our headquarters, occasional travel may be necessary.

* Comprehensive support and training will be provided.
