My client are an award winning Firm with offices in the heart of Leeds City Centre. They are looking for a Legal Secretary to work as part of a well-established team supporting their Fee Earners.
The ideal candidate will have previous Secretarial experience, preferable from a Legal or Professional Services environment.
As a Legal Secretary your duties will include:
* Preparing documents for fee earners
* Managing diaries and booking internal/external meetings
* Booking and arranging travel
* Digital Dictation
* Scanning, Copying and Archiving
As a Legal Secretary you will have the following skills:
* Previous Secretarial experience is essential
* Ideally previous experience working within a Legal or Professional Services environment
* High levels of attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
