Job Title: LED Screen Repair Technician

Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Job Type: Monday-Friday, 08:30-16:30

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair faults on LED pixel screen tiles
Carry out fine soldering and component-level repairs
Test and quality-check repaired LED tiles to ensure performance standards are met
Maintain a clean and organised repair workspace
Handle LED tiles and electronic components safely and carefully
Assist with inventory tracking of parts and repaired units where requiredSkills & Experience

Essential:

Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Basic understanding of electronics or willingness to learn
Ability to work methodically and follow technical instructions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a teamDesirable:

Experience repairing LED screens
Soldering experience, including fine-pitch components
Background in electronics repair, AV, or similar technical fieldsTraining & Development

Full training provided for candidates without direct LED screen experience
