Job Title: CNC Setter/Operator (Day & Night Shifts)
Location: Coventry

Shift Patterns:
Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Night Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am (based on a 48-hour working week)
Pay Rates:
Day Shift: £13.50 per hour
Night Shift: £14.00 per hour + £2.00 shift allowance
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Coventry for a skilled CNC Setter/Operator to join their growing manufacturing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a committed individual with CNC machining experience to secure long-term, full-time work in a clean and well-equipped environment.

Responsibilities:
Setting and operating CNC machines with accuracy
Ideally experienced with Heidenhain controls (Fanuc experience also considered)
Interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Ensuring components meet quality standards
Maintaining a safe and efficient working environmentWhat We're Looking For:
CNC setting and operating experience is essential
Familiarity with Heidenhain or Fanuc control systems
Ability to work independently and within a team
Willingness to work both day and night shifts
