Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding role in a supportive, close-knit team? Our 20-bedded family-run nursing home in Falmouth is seeking a Day Nurse to join us full-time. With a Good CQC rating, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care in a warm and welcoming environment where residents and staff are truly valued.

? The Role: As a Day Nurse, you’ll be a key part of our care team, leading by example and ensuring residents receive the best possible care and attention throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
Administering medications and managing clinical tasks effectively and safely
Leading shifts and supervising care staff to ensure standards are consistently met
Maintaining accurate care records and communicating with healthcare professionals and families
Supporting the emotional and physical well-being of residents
Promoting dignity, independence, and choice for all residents
? Skills & Requirements:
A valid NMC pin and Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
Excellent clinical and communication skills
A kind, caring nature and commitment to person-centred care
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Previous nursing home experience is desirable, but not essential
