The Opportunity

They're looking for a motivated, career-driven, junior/trainee level individual to join their growing operations team as a Trainee Site Manager.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role offering incredible progression potential. You'll be supported by senior management and mentored by experienced professionals in the field. Over time, you'll learn how to manage high-value envelope packages and gain a deep understanding of the specialist trades we deliver-including cladding, roofing, rainscreen, and façade systems.

Key Responsibilities (with Training & Support)

Assist the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations

Support the coordination of subcontractors, deliveries, and logistics

Learn to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Help monitor site health & safety standards

Get involved in material checks, QA inspections, and progress tracking

Communicate with project teams, suppliers, and operatives

Contribute to site reports and documentation

Develop leadership and problem-solving skills on live construction projects

What We're Looking For

Junior/trainee level individual, with a strong interest in construction

Experience or knowledge in cladding, roofing, glazing or façades is desirable but not essential

CSCS Card - required

A reliable, proactive, and ambitious mindset

Driving license - desirable

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Basic IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Eagerness to build a long-term career in the construction industry
