The Recipe At Warburtons, people are at the heart of everything we do — and as our next Site Coordinator, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces colleagues and visitors meet each day.

This is a brilliant part‑time role for someone who loves being organised, supporting others, and bringing positive energy into the workplace. You’ll join a small, long‑standing team that knows the site inside out and create a genuinely lovely place to work.

With big celebrations this year — including our 150‑year milestone and 25 years at Wednesbury — it’s the perfect time to join.

Key Accountabilities and Measures In this varied, people‑focused role, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly by:

Keeping the site moving

Managing room bookings, car hire, hotel reservations
Covering reception for short daily periods
Ordering stationery and raising purchase orders
Supporting our Senior Leadership Team with day‑to‑day requests
✔ Ensuring smooth daily operations and timely support Supporting colleague wellbeing

Coordinating Occupational Health appointments
Scheduling health plan bookings
✔ Accurate scheduling and great colleague experience Bringing our community spirit to life

Taking an active role in our CRUK fundraising
Helping manage bread donations to local charities and schools
Supporting site events and celebrations
Support the selection of Community Grant applications and build strong relationships with our chosen project partners. You’ll also have opportunities to volunteer with them, which is a truly rewarding part of the role ✔ Strong engagement and well‑organised events that bring people together Being part of a great team

Working alongside two experienced Site Coordinators
Providing cover and sharing responsibilities

15 hours per week
Ideally Monday, Wednesday & Friday
School‑friendly hours available
Some flexibility for the right person This role is part‑time only and is not expected to increase to full‑time.
