Materials Planning & Logistics Manager
Are you a systems-savvy, dynamic and experienced Materials Planning & Logistics Manager ready for your next challenge? We're seeking a passionate professional to join the team and drive the efficient flow of materials and products, ensuring that the business meets objectives and exceeds customer expectations.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be central to the operations, from planning to distribution. Key responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining material requirement planning systems.
Forecasting demand and creating production plans.
Monitoring inventory and overseeing warehousing operations.
Managing material transportation, ensuring timely deliveries.
Championing continuous improvement and leading projects to enhance efficiencies and reduce costs.
Monitoring KPIs and reporting on performance.
What We're After:
We need a leader with a proven track record. You'll need:
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
5 years of experience in material planning/logistics, with 3 years in management.
Experience introducing a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Strong knowledge of NAV or relevant systems.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
