This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with an interest in Real Estate to work on a broad range of work covering larger more complex projects covering Residential and Commercial transactions, developments and commercial lease issues etc.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

Progressing cases through drafting legal documents, correspondence

Support existing clients via phone email and face-face by providing updates, helping with changes or queries.

Conducting legal research on behalf of the fee earner and wider team

Ability to progress cases under supervision

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills, organised, professional with good communication skills

Experience of working as a Paralegal or similar preferably within Real Estate and a genuine interest in the area.

Strong research, report writing and communication skills

My client is offering an annual salary of up to £27,000 depending on experience for this full-time Paralegal role
