Role: Site Manager
Location: Kent Area
Contract type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

A nationally recognised 5 star house builder supplying private and social housing with multiple sites in the Kent Area.

The role:

Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for managing the construction of a development ensuring that targets are met regarding Health and Safety, delivery to build programme quality, customer care and cost.

Ensuring compliance on site at all times to the company health and safety standards, NHBC standards and building Regulations
Co-ordinating Labour and resources on site to deliver the build programme
Monitoring and controlling the cost of production
Carrying out on site Meetings
Communicate with clients, stakeholders and team members to provide updates on project status
Ensure that the on-site construction team is fully resourced and well-directed

About you:

Must have a CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
Proven experience working with a Tier 1 multi-volume house builder
Exceptional IT skills
Sharp eye for detail and finishes
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
