Job Description: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven Senior Project Manager to join our team on a freelance or fixed-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, strong reporting and risk management skills, and the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the delivery of creative and technical projects (including CGI and app development), ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, resource plans, and budgets.

* Oversee and document project processes, ensuring rigorous reporting and risk management.

* Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders, including supporting senior team members and reporting to leadership.

* Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and resource needs.

* Manage and escalate issues as needed to ensure project success.

* Work with and potentially lead team members such as designers and developers.

* Interface with clients, including presenting project updates and deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within creative, design, or CGI environments (CGI experience is a plus but not essential).

* Strong process orientation, with the ability to implement structure, documentation, and reporting.

* Excellent risk, budget, and resource management skills.

* Experience delivering projects at scale and managing change quickly.

* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Gantt charts).

* Strong communication and client-facing skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Contract Details:

* Flexible contract: freelance day rate (£300–£450/day) or fixed-term contract basis.

* Minimum 3 months, with potential to extend to 6 months or more.

* Flexible working: open to remote, hybrid, or in-office arrangements (minimum 2–3 days/week if permanent).

* Immediate start preferred.
