Payroll Advisor Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm £16 - £18 per hr Immediate start

As a Payroll Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
Handle payroll queries and provide support to employees regarding payroll-related issues.
Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and analysis as required.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Support the implementation of payroll systems and software upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in payroll processing, ideally within a UK-based environment.
Familiarity with SAGE payroll software
Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
