We’re looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven New Build Sales Consultant to cover developments across the Tamworth region. If you have a proven track record in home sales and want to progress your career with a growing developer, this is your chance.

The Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will:

Promote and sell new build homes across multiple local sites.

Deliver a first-class customer experience from enquiry to completion.

*

Conduct property viewings and showcase our developments to potential buyers.

*

Manage leads, follow up promptly, and maintain accurate CRM records.

*

Collaborate with site teams, solicitors, and mortgage advisors to ensure smooth transactions.

About You

We’re seeking someone who has:

Proven home sales experience (estate agency, property sales, or similar).

*

Ideally, new build sales experience (though transferable skills will be considered).

*

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

*

Drive, self-motivation, and strong organisational ability.

*

Flexibility to work weekends on a rota basis.

*

A full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
