£48,000 - £54,000 dependent upon experience, £5,000 car allowance and package

As a commercial interior design and fit out company with 25+ years of experience, our client has a new job opening to undertake the role as a Project Manager. Having previously worked with customers in a wide range of sectors including but not limited to; commercial offices, retail, industrial etc. the firm look to create contemporary and innovative workplace designs through their solutions.

The role has opened after being awarded a number of new contracts for D&B commercial & office interior fit outs in the Midlands, United Kingdom.

Project Manager Responsibilities Include:

Programme and manage the delivery of multiple projects across the Midlands
Liaise with clients to develop and maintain relationships
Ensure that each stage of the project runs on time and to budget
Assessment of sub-contractor packages and negotiating, ensuring best possible commercial and programme packages are achieved
Sourcing of a Site Management team for relevant projects Sourcing of a site team for relevant projectsRequirements for the Project Manager role:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, integrity, respect for confidentiality, sound judgment, and decision-making skills
Be efficient, detail and quality minded, hardworking, flexible and responsible with a positive working attitude and a willingness to support colleagues
Relevant training and qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, first aid)
Knowledge and experience of using the following software - Windows MS Office / Fully proficient with Excel, Word & Microsoft Project Programme
A full UK driving licenceBenefits and Package

Up to £54,000 basic salary per year DOE
Pay-reviews occurring on a 12-month basis
Car allowance
