The Role

As Senior Product Manager, you will own the vision and roadmap for products that sit at the heart of digital advertising performance. You will work closely with engineering, data science, and commercial teams to deliver solutions that leverage AI for smarter targeting, automation, and optimization.

Your focus will be on building products that solve real customer challenges. From improving campaign efficiency to unlocking new growth opportunities, you will translate insights into features that deliver measurable results. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities across Google Ads, Performance Max (PMAX), and affiliate ecosystems, ensuring our products stay ahead of market trends.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

* Defining and executing product strategy for Ad-Tech solutions aligned with customer needs and market trends

* Owning the product roadmap and managing the lifecycle from concept to launch

* Collaborating with engineering, data science, and commercial teams to deliver AI-driven features that enhance targeting and automation

* Gathering and analyzing customer feedback and performance data to inform product decisions

* Monitoring industry developments and identifying opportunities in areas such as Google Ads, PMAX, and affiliate marketing

* Driving continuous improvement and innovation across the product portfolio

Skills and Experience Required

* Proven experience in Ad-Tech or digital advertising product management

* Strong understanding of Google Ads, including Performance Max campaigns and affiliate ecosystems

* Background in performance marketing and familiarity with attribution models

* Experience working with AI-driven solutions for automation, personalization, or predictive analytics

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
