Working Hours: 8:15am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

Contract: Full academic year (September 2025 – July 2026)

Progression: Salaried teacher training available from September 2026

Role Responsibilities:

Support pupils in KS1 classrooms, including children with mild to moderate SEN

Deliver targeted academic interventions in literacy and numeracy

Provide 1:1 and small group support, both academically and emotionally

Assist in planning and leading engaging, inclusive classroom activities

*

Foster a positive learning environment under the direction of teaching staff

*

Actively engage in school life, CPD, and collaborative team initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

A graduate with strong academic background and enthusiasm for education

*

Previous experience with children or SEN is advantageous but not essential

*

Confident, proactive, and committed to supporting pupil development

*

Interested in teacher training or a long-term role in the education sector

*

Available to commit full-time from September 2025 through July 2026
