Due to an exciting period of growth our client is looking to add a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join them in a role where you will receive full training, giving you the opportunity to progress and develop with a leading business in their field.
We are seeking a driven, motivated and committed candidate with excellent communication who is looking to kickstart their career in Recruitment, with a passion and drive for sales and a confident relationship-builder.
No prior office experience is required therefore this could be the ideal role for either a Graduate or school leaver looking for their first role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job boards and databases
- Format CVs for client submissions
- Maintain accurate CRM systems with relevant information
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and candidates
- Keep up to date with industry trends and market data
Key Experience:
- Highly-motivated with a keen willingness to progress and develop in a Recruitment role
- Strong academic results, either Degree-educated or good A Levels
- Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with customers of all levels
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Excellent written grammar
- Great work ethic
