What you'll be doing: 

Lead and inspire a focused team of 3–5 Sales Reps, supporting qualification and seamless handovers to Client Services.
Craft and execute smart sales strategies across print, signage, retail, and events.
Identify and win new business by connecting with agencies, event organisers, and brand owners.
Own the entire sales journey—from first contact to closing deals and transitioning projects.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions that truly add value.
Partner with Marketing and Ops to grow the UK brand and refresh sales collateral.
Keep CRM records sharp and sales forecasts accurate.What We’re Looking For:

7+ years of proven B2B sales experience (creative or technical sectors a plus!)
Consistent history of hitting and exceeding targets
Commercially minded with a drive for sustainability
Strong communicator with standout relationship-building skills
Experience managing a small sales team and working cross-functionallyWhats on Offer:
