Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Support Worker to join a Complex Needs Facility on an ongoing shift basis in Colchester.

The Role:

You will be supporting a very active male service user who enjoys a busy, structured, and engaging lifestyle. This is a highly interactive service where energy, enthusiasm, and proactive support are essential. This is working in a complex needs facility with learning disabilities and autism.

Activities include:

Regular gym sessions

Long walks in all weather

Exploring new activities, culture, and heritage

Meaningful daily engagement and community access

There is never a dull moment, and successful candidates must be comfortable supporting a consistently active routine.

Shift Patterns

*

8:00am – 8:00pm

*

8:00pm – 8:00am

Requirements

*

Up-to-date MCA and DoLS training (essential)

*

Experience supporting individuals with complex needs

*

Physically fit and able to support an active lifestyle
