Commercial Contracts Manager
Location: Bristol
Our client, a leading defence company, is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to manage the lifecycle of Domestic Commercial contracts with precision and integrity. If you have a strong background as a Commercial Manager and are passionate about what you do, we would love to hear from you!

Commercial Contracts Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance.
* Oversee the full Route to Contract, including bid processes and cross-functional collaboration.
* Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and closeouts.
* Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and defence industry standards.
* Identify potential risks and collaborate across departments to develop mitigation strategies.
* Serve as the primary contact for contractual matters, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Commercial Contracts Manager experience required:
* Proven experience in a commercial role within a defence environment.
* Experience of drafting, negotiating and agreeing contracts and agreements.
* Ability to manage multiple contracts in a dynamic setting.
* Outstanding communication skills and familiarity with MoD contracting structures is preferred
* Experience of leading teams (2-5 people or more)
