Our client is on the lookout for a Senior Category Manager to lead their OEM sourcing and Electronics procurement operations. This is more than just a leadership role — it’s a chance to shape the future of a world-class supply chain. ? What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading all aspects of OEM and Electronics category management.

Building and nurturing strong supplier relationships.

Driving cost-saving initiatives and boosting productivity.

Supporting escalations and ensuring smooth factory operations.

Coaching and mentoring your team to success.

Leveraging data to inform decisions and shape strategy.

? What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a senior supply chain role (Head of Supply Chain or similar), ideally in Engineering or Manufacturing.

Experience managing a category portfolio.

Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing and supply chain best practices.

Strong negotiation skills and contract management expertise.

Data-savvy with a strategic mindset.

Inspirational leadership and team development skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Familiarity with Oracle ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.

CIPS Level 5 or 6 qualification? That’s a big plus!
