On behalf of our client, King Contract Services (KCS) is looking for a Site Manager for our project in Cardiff to start early March. This is a temporary role expected to last 6 Months on a façade renewal and replacement project.

Duties will include:

* progress reports

* subcontractor management meetings

* Organisation of deliveries

To be considered for this role, candidates should:

* Have previous experience in a similar role

* Possess a current, valid CSCS and their own PPE (hard hat, hi vis, boots).

* Be self sufficient and able to recognise what needs to be done next without being shown

This role starts ASAP and the usual site working hours are 7am – 5pm.

Rate of pay is negotiable, Hours 7.30am – 5.30pm
