Manufacturing Toolmaker 

Are you a skilled Toolmaker with experience in press and casting tooling Join our leading Automotive/Manufacturing company and take ownership of the mechanical build, repair, and improvement of jigs, fixtures, and assembly tooling.

What You’ll Do:

Build and assemble fixtures from CAD/2D drawings and BOMs.

Repair and maintain tooling to meet quality and delivery standards.

Prepare, assemble, and fit new casting steels.

Improve tooling performance, reliability, and quality.

Support assembly cells and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Train colleagues and ensure clear handovers.

You’ll Need:

City & Guilds Toolmaker qualification or equivalent.

Experience with high-volume press tooling (300+ tons) and assembly tools.

Welding (TIG/MIG/Arc) and non-CNC machining skills.

Knowledge of quality procedures and GD&T.

Problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.

Willingness to travel in Europe for installations/commissioning.
