Duties:
* Carry out first fix and second fix joinery on commercial projects
* Installation of doors, windows, staircases, skirting boards, architraves, and Ironmongery
* Measuring, cutting, shaping, and fitting timber and other materials
* Repair and refurbishment work on existing structures and fittings
* Ensuring work is completed to a high standard of quality, accuracy, and finish
* Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company procedures
* Liaising with site managers, other trades, and clients as required
* Keeping a clean and tidy work area
About you:
* CSCS Card or Certificate & Right to Work in the UK
* Proven experience as a Joiner / Carpenter
* Good attention to detail and a pride in producing quality workmanship
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
* Own tools (desirable but not essential — can be discussed)
* Enthusiastic and MUST be able to use initiative whilst working unsupervised
* Working references ideally from previous jobs
