Omnia Resourcing is recruiting Bakery Operatives to join a leading bakery in the TW4 area. You'll assist pastry chefs in preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of pastries and desserts in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily pastry preparation and baking

Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately

Decorate and finish pastries

Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

Support the team with general kitchen tasks

Requirements:

Valid ID (Passport) and Right to Work in the UK

5 years of references

Recent DBS check

Flexible to work any 5 days out of 7, including weekends & bank holidays

AM, PM, or Night shifts

Physically able to stand for long periods and perform manual handling

Basic kitchen or baking experience preferred but not essential
