We’re supporting an international engineering company in their search for someone who can speak confidently with customers, listen to their needs, and recommend the best-fit product or configuration.
No cold calls. No pressure selling. Just smart, honest conversations with customers who already know what they’re looking for, they just need a bit of help to get it right.
What You’ll Actually Do:
* Handle 10–15 inbound calls per day from customers across technical industries
* Listen, ask the right questions, and guide them to the most suitable solution
* Book product demonstrations and support the external sales team where needed
* Use CRM and product tools to stay organised and spot follow-up opportunities
* Be part of a small, close-knit team that values service over selling
What They’re Looking For:
* Fluent Dutch & English speaker
* Strong communicator, confident on the phone, and service-minded
* Fast learner with a curious mindset, you enjoy understanding how things work
* Prior experience in customer service, internal sales, retail tech, or technical support is all welcome
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
