Field Service Engineer Mon - Fri £35,000 - £38,000 Main duties for the Field Service Engineer:

Execute service actions, installations, and problem diagnosis for industrial machinery.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
Train new and existing customers on hardware and software maintenance procedures.
Diagnose technical errors and determine appropriate solutions.
Share knowledge and insights with team members to enhance expertise.
Document service actions according to industry standards.
Manage spare parts requests and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Assist in sales and service consultations, providing technical expertise.
Support machine operations at events and exhibitions.
Foster positive relationships with customers through attentive support and service.Candidate Requirements for the Field Service Engineer:

1 year of related experience in mechanical engineering, laser cutting/ bending technology preferred
Having a basic understanding and knowledge of PLC/ CNC - systems and mechanical engineering
An engaged and courageous personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
The willingness to build sustainable relationships with colleagues and supervisors based on honesty and empathy
Ability to or willingness to learn how to work with a DMS, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), LMS (SAP Success Factors) and Microsoft Office
Readiness to travel approximately 50 % or related field
