Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a popular local authority based in Dorset. They are looking for a Locum Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding legal team.

The role is on a hybrid basis and is on a 3 months contract with potential to extend.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.48 £48.87 per hour  
Umbrella - £50-£55 per hour

Responsibilities as a Locum Litigation Solicitor:

Provide clear, accurate, and timely legal advice to Dorset Council services and management and advocacy where appropriate
Liaise with and instruct the counsel or external solicitors where needed.
Draft and review legal documents, statements, and correspondence related to litigation, enforcement, and dispute resolution.About you as a Locum Litigation Solicitor:

A qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of experience in Litigation law
Drafting Legal documents to a high-quality standard
Ability to meet the travel requirements of the role
Flexible and team oriented approach.
