We are recruiting an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician for a newly opened independent accident repair centre in Cradley Heath. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering excellent pay, flexible working hours, and long-term career stability.

Job Details

Job Title: Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician

Location: Cradley Heath, West Midlands

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week

Working Pattern: Flexible working hours

Lunch: 1-hour unpaid break

Key Responsibilities – Vehicle Paint Sprayer

Preparing vehicles for paint spraying, including masking and priming

Mixing paint accurately to achieve correct colour matching

Spraying vehicles using water-based paint systems

Delivering a high-quality finish on all vehicle paint repairs

Carrying out quality control checks to ensure work meets industry standards

Ensuring all paintwork is completed efficiently and defect-free

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician, or Car Paint Sprayer

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with water-based paints

City & Guilds qualification, ATA accreditation, or equivalent experience

Up-to-date knowledge of modern vehicle paint repair techniques

Ability to consistently produce high-quality paint finishes

Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
