Duration: 8 Days (Spread over a few weeks, Thursdays & Fridays)
Start Date: 13th November
Rate: £18 per hour PAYE

Shift - 8am-4pm

About the Role

Integrate Resources Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Hoist Operator / Labourer to join our clients site team on an educational campus project in Dartford. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating the site hoist and supporting general site operations as required.

Key Responsibilities

Operate the passenger and goods hoist safely and efficiently, in accordance with site procedures and regulations.

*

Ensure safe loading and unloading of materials and personnel at each landing.

*

Carry out daily checks and report any faults or defects to site management immediately.

*

Assist with general labouring duties, including maintaining site cleanliness, assisting trades, and moving materials when required.

*

Work closely with the site management team to ensure smooth workflow and safe site operations.

*

Follow all site health and safety policies and ensure PPE is worn at all times.

Requirements

*

Valid CPCS A20 Hoist Operator card (or NPORS equivalent).

*

Valid CSCS card (minimum Green Labourer card).

*

Previous experience operating hoists on construction sites.

*

Good understanding of site health & safety practices.

*

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Desirable:

*

Experience on large-scale commercial or educational projects.
