We are currently seeking a motivated and commercially minded professional, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Road Freight Forwarding, specifically within the post-Brexit European market. This role is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a Queens award winning company. The successful candidate will  join a dynamic European team and will focus on both sales and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and competitive freight quotes for clients within the European market.
Proactively engage with potential and existing clients to close deals and drive revenue growth.
Support operational teams with freight forwarding activities to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service efficiency.
Assist in contract negotiations and pricing strategy development.
Person specifications:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Road Freight Forwarding, with strong knowledge of post-Brexit regulations and processes.
Commercially focused with proven success in sales and closing deals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to juggle sales targets with operational support effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Proficient in freight quoting systems and CRM software
