Contract Duration: 3+ Months

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £ 35.30 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Improve quality and culture in services.

Ensure safety and rights of children are prioritized.

Facilitate and organize necessary meetings.

Challenge and support practices for better outcomes.

Lead services to positively impact children.

Promote continuous improvement and oversight.

Review care plans and investigate allegations.

Provide safeguarding advice and conduct audits.

Help families express views and manage plans.

Handle complex issues and meet deadlines.
