Service Manager - Mental Health Supported Housing

£36,500 per annum

Are you a passionate leader with experience in supported housing or mental health services? We're seeking a Service Manager to lead and develop two supported living services for adults with enduring mental health needs and complex support requirements.

What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional care and housing support services.
Manage staff development, recruitment, supervision, and performance.
Oversee service quality, safeguarding, and health & safety compliance.
Build strong partnerships with external agencies and stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs and manage budgets, occupancy, and contract outcomes.About You:

Experience in managing supported housing, mental health, or social care teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
A calm, resilient, and proactive approach to dynamic environments.
Knowledge of housing legislation, safeguarding procedures, and risk management.
Minimum Level 4 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent management experience).
Please note: An enhanced DBS check will be required.
