Sales Account Manager
Our client is a leading supplier of high-quality softwood timber products. As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Internal Sales Account Manager to join their team in Livingston, Scotland.

Sales Account Manager - Experience:
* Has proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the timber or construction industry.
* Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
* Is detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously, with a proven record of results.
* Demonstrates a good understanding of sales processes and the ability to meet targets consistently.
* Is proficient in using CRM / order management systems and other sales tools to track customer interactions and sales activity.

What the day to day as a Sales Account Manager will look like:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers through effective communication and a strategic customer-focused approach.
* Identifying daily sales opportunities and converting them into successful business transactions, whilst progressing forward-thinking commercial agreements.
* Preparing and delivering accurate quotes tailored to customer requirements based on stock holdings, customer demands and P&L management.
* Collaborating with a haulage and logistics team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to customers based on requirements and driving transport savings.
* Monitoring customer accounts and proactively addressing any issues or concerns to ensure high levels of success
