An established and forward-thinking farming business based near Malvern is looking to appoint a skilled Senior Tractor Driver to support day-to-day field operations. This role offers the chance to work with modern, well-maintained machinery within a professional and well-organised farming environment.

The Role
You will take a lead role in tractor and machinery operations, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety and farm compliance requirements.

Key Duties

*

Operating tractors and associated machinery efficiently and safely

*

Carrying out spraying operations in accordance with regulations and best practice

*

Completing precision fieldwork using RTK GPS guidance systems

*

Undertaking daily machinery checks and basic maintenance tasks

*

Working closely with farm management to support smooth and effective operations

About You

*

Demonstrable experience as a senior or highly experienced tractor driver

*

Hold valid spraying certification (PA1/PA2 or equivalent)

*

Confident using RTK GPS and precision farming technology

*

Reliable, detail-focused, and conscientious with machinery and equipment

*

Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team
