Private Client Solicitor / Associate

Location: Cheltenham - hybrid

Salary: £50-75,000

OVERVIEW
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Private Client team of a highly regarded Legal 500 firm. Known for excellence in client service and legal expertise, the team advises a broad range of high net worth individuals, including owner-managed businesses and agricultural clients. With a supportive culture and strong development focus, this firm offers the opportunity to work alongside recognised Partners and a Private Client team over 100 strong.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Private Client Solicitor or Associate, you will handle a diverse caseload including wills, trusts, estate administration, tax planning and LPAs. You will also support high-value clients on complex matters, with opportunities to contribute to charitable trust work and international estate planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a wide range of private client matters
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Actively contributing to business development and networking
- Collaborating across the wider team to share knowledge and best practice

ABOUT YOU
- 1-5 years PQE in Private Client work
- STEP qualified or currently working towards
- Excellent technical knowledge and drafting skills
- Willingness to work flexibly across offices when required
