We are recruiting a Night Operations & Bakery Administrator to support overnight operations in a busy, high-volume retail bakery.

This is a hybrid role combining administrative duties, retail operations support, and hands-on overnight baking. You will play a key role in ensuring production, stock, and operational tasks are completed overnight so the business is fully prepared for the next day's trade.

Key Responsibilities

Complete night-shift administration, logs and handover reports

Track stock usage, wastage and production volumes

Support overnight bakery production (preparing and baking products)

Assist with retail and operational tasks as required

Ensure hygiene, food safety and cleaning records are maintained

Prepare the shop and production areas for morning trade

Requirements

Experience in retail operations, administration, food production or bakery environments

Comfortable working permanent night shifts

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Hands-on, reliable and able to work independently

Food hygiene awareness (preferred)
