What we're looking for:

Carpentry background is advantageous but not essential.

A basic understanding of site management processes.

Currently studying or holding a relevant construction qualification.

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.

A commitment to delivering high-quality work and client service.

Good IT skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Passion for developing a career in site management.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting the Site Manager with daily site operations.

Learning the full life cycle of construction projects.

Ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are met.

Maintaining high-quality standards across all site activities.

Supporting the management of site materials, equipment, and workforce.
