Poultry Farm Supervisor – Agriculture
<£33,000 pa
FTC until April 2026
*Driving licence is essential*
07.30am – 16.00pm (6 days per week)
Responsibilities:
* Maintain optimum environmental conditions to ensure bird welfare and biosecurity practices are maintained.
* Complete feeding, vaccinating and grading of birds.
* Ensure site maintenance and maintain accurate records, according to SOPs and UK legislation.
* Supervise staff and third parties while on site, ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures.
* Supporting the Farm Manager, and covering duties when required.
Requirements:
* Driving licence & own transport
* Previous livestock / animal welfare experience
* NVQ/Diploma level 3 in poultry would be beneficial; however full training will be provided.
* For biosecurity purposes, you must not own any bird/avian pets (or pigs)
