Contract Details: Temporary, 6 months

Salary: £14.45 - £17.34 per hour

As a Production Operative, you will:

Operate machinery and equipment efficiently and safely
Assemble products according to specifications
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards
Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisorEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Basic understanding of machinery operation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work night shiftsDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Previous experience in a similar role within the transport and logistics sector
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Basic mechanical skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environmentTechnologies:

Familiarity with production machinery and tools
Basic computer skills for logging production data
