Early Years Teaching Assistant - Level 3+ | Flexible Work Across South Sheffield

Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner with a Level 3 qualification or higher in EYFS? Are you looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle while making a real difference in children's lives?

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Early Years Teaching Assistants to join our team and work across a range of Early Years settings and primary schools in South Sheffield.

What You'll Need:

A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, BTEC)

Experience working in Early Years settings

Eligibility to be counted in EYFS staffing ratios

Flexibility to travel across South Sheffield

Availability for at least 3 days per week

Willingness to take morning calls from 7am for same-day bookings

A positive, caring, and proactive attitude

Your Role:

Support children in their learning and development across nursery and reception classes

Follow EYFS frameworks and school policies

Step into a variety of settings and quickly build rapport with staff and children

Provide cover for both pre-booked roles and emergency, same-day absences
