Production Operative (Manufacturing & Packaging) needed in Tewkesbury, Salary: £12.60 per hour + Overtime after 40 hours, Hours: 37.5 per week, Contract: Temp to Perm (12 Weeks).

We’re seeking hardworking Production Operatives to join a fast-moving manufacturing environment in Tewkesbury. If you’re reliable, enjoy hands-on work, and want a long-term opportunity, this role is ideal for you. 

What You’ll Do 

Work on production lines to support daily manufacturing output. 
Load, pack, and move products safely. 
Follow quality control processes and check finished goods. 
Complete general warehouse or production duties as required. 
Maintain a tidy and safe workspace. 
Work flexibly across early and late shifts based on production needs. What We’re Looking For 

Previous production or warehouse experience is useful but not essential. 
Ability to commit to both shift patterns. 
A good level of physical fitness. 
Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 
Strong team player with good communication skills. 
Reliability and strong timekeeping. 
Shift Pattern 
Weekdays: 06:00 & 14:00 starts 
Saturday: 06:00 start 
Shift pattern varies and does not follow fixed early/late weekly rotations.
