Who We're Looking For

We're eager to support Primary Supply Teachers who are:

Calm, professional, and reliable

Passionate about putting children first

Proactive and confident in using their own initiative

Skilled classroom practitioners with strong behaviour management

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) Welcome

ECTs are strongly encouraged to apply. We provide ongoing guidance and support, including access to long-term placements that can count towards induction. Many of our ECTs go on to secure permanent roles through Academics.

What You'll Need

To be considered, you must have:

QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Recent experience teaching in a primary school setting
