We are seeking a Youth Justice Service Delivery and Interventions Worker to join our dynamic team.
* Location: Bootle Sefton
* Hours: 36 hours per week
* Rate: £16.80 per hour (Umbrella)
* Contract: 3 month+
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated by making a difference in the lives of children, young people, and families. In this role, you’ll be delivering direct work to children and families, coordinating interventions with partner agencies, and supporting those subject to statutory plans or Out of Court disposals.
You’ll be working both from an office base and out in the community — with agile working and occasional flexibility outside of core hours to meet the needs of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver direct, child-focused work with children and families
* Complete assessments, intervention plans, and reviews for children subject to statutory orders and Out of Court disposals
* Coordinate multi-agency interventions and maintain strong partnerships with external agencies
* Advocate for children and young people, ensuring Child First principles are at the heart of your practice
* Maintain accurate, timely records and reports

* Experienced professionals working with children, young people, and families
* Passionate about youth justice and supporting positive outcomes
* Confident working with partner agencies and families in sometimes complex situations
* Effective communicators with good organisational skills
* Flexible and adaptable, able to work both in the office and out in the community
