Due to expansion and new business, our client based in Swindon is looking for a HGV class 2 driver to work 5 in 7 dys to include one weekend day within the shift.

There are two shifts, days starting circa 05:00 and afternoon/evening shifts starting around 14:00-16:00 delivering and collecting products in cages but may on occasion require handball. Routes do include central London, Oxford, Birmigham with new routes starting

Drivers with little HGV Class 2 experience will be considered. Full training provided for the role

* Working 5 days in 7 to include one weekend day

* Day shift and PM shift available

* HGV Class 2

* Daily vehicle checks and defect reporting

* Using a tail lift to load and unload cages and stock.

* Some handball may be required but try and keep to a minimum

* Relaibility is key for this role

* Customer facing so polite and courteous at all times

* Good communication with the transport team at head office

* This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate

Drivers will have:

* Valid HGV Class 2 licence with some experience

* no more than 6points, no majors (CD, DR, IN, TT)

* over 23 years of age

* CPC and digi tacho cards
