Your Role:
? Managing and maintaining the company’s credit control process
? Chasing overdue invoices via phone and email
? Building strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments
? Resolving invoice queries and liaising with internal teams
? Reducing aged debt and improving cash flow

What We’re Looking For:
✔ A confident communicator – you’ll be speaking with customers daily
✔ A team player who thrives in a sociable office
✔ Previous credit control or finance experience
✔ Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systems
